Water Heater We Install

Tankless Water Heaters

A tankless water heater is a great choice for homeowners who want reliable, energy-efficient hot water.  Instead of storing hot water in a tank, tankless systems heat water on demand, giving you endless hot water whenever you need.  They also take up less space, can last longer than traditional tank heaters, and may help reduce energy costs.  If you're looking for a modern upgrade for your home, a tankless system offers comfort, efficiency, and dependable performance.

Ask About Rebates

Homeowners in Banning, Beaumont, and the Pass area may qualify for SoCal Gas rebates when upgrading to a high-effiency tankless water heater.  By installing a qualifying ENERGY STAR tankless water heater, you may be eligible for rebates that help lower up-front costs for your upgrade.

How Do You Know When Its Time To Replace Your Water Heater?

Your water heater works hard every day, but like any appliance, it won't last forever.  Knowing the warning signs early can help homeowners avoid unexpected breakdowns, water damage, and costly emergency repairs.  If you live in Banning, Beaumont, or Redlands, here are some common signs it may be time for a new water heater.

  1.  Your water heater is over 10 years old.  Most traditional tank water heaters last about 8-12 years.  If your system is getting close to that range it may be more cost-effective to plan for a new water heater installation before it fails.
  2. Rusty or discolored hot water.  If you notice rust-colored water coming from your hot water taps, it may indicate corrosion inside the tank, replacement is usually the best solution.
  3. Not enough hot water.  If your showers are suddenly turning cold after than usual, or your system struggles to keep up with household demand, your water heater may be losing efficiency or nearing the end of life.
  4. Strange noises from the tank. Popping, banging, or rumbling sounds from your water heater are often caused by sediment buildup in the tank.  Over time this buildup can reduce efficiency.
  5. Water leaking around the unit.  Moisture or puddles around your water heater indicate a failing tank or connections.  Even small leaks can quickly turn into major water damage if ignored.
